"Somebody told me that you are fond of enduring clockworks. You wear a watch made by Junghans in the 60s or 70s."

"It used to belong to my sister who left it to me. It was handed over to me when she died."

"Joseph Ratzinger (83), known as Pope Benedict XVI, made it onto the title page of a Russian magazine. Documenting the thoughts of celebrities on the purchase of valuable watches, the supplement "Stil" of the Russian daily newspaper "Kommersant" allegedly found out that the highest shepherds of the Catholics knows the earthly time by a glance either on a German "Junghans" or a Swiss "Patek Philippe Calatrava" . The latter is about 10,000 €. Apparantly, Patriatch Kirill, head of the Russian-orthodox church, is fond of even more luxurious items. According to "Stil", he wears a Breguet Classique "Le réveil du tasr". The matter of expense here is about 20,000 €."

According to an interview given to Peter Seewald by His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI, the brandname of the watch is most likely "Erhard Junghans" (i.e. not Patek Philippe).
